1. Complete RealTime Ops, Inc. Credit Application ( Acrobat)
2. Fax to (919) 442-0039 or email to tsp@realtimeops.com
   
3. Fax Reseller Certification to (919) 442-0039
   

To Place Orders

1. Specify modem Be sure to select the correct model number based on the carrier and Ethernet or serial connection.
2. Complete Carrier Activation Information Form ( MS Excel) if RealTime Ops will be activating the modem for you. (All information in red is required.) If Verizon, fax CLAF ( MS Word), Corporate Addendum ( MS Word), and two forms of ID to (919) 442-0039.
3. Select and specify Antenna required from RealTime Ops Antenna Guide.
   1. Mag mount or surface mount
   2. 3db gain required for fringe areas or unity antenna appropriate
   3. Tri band, dual band antenna or GPS only
4. Specify cable length for connecting modem to device
5. Specify Mounting Bracket required
6. Specify “Bill To” and “Ship To” on each order
7. Email purchase order and activation request form to tsp@realtimeops.com
8. Due to the unique nature of installs, call RealTime Ops at (919) 923-3679 for estimate before placing purchase order.
