The majority of vehicles deployed by law enforcement agencies are designed to be as visible as humanly possible. With lights flashing and sirens blaring, the objective is to ensure their presence is known. Some departments however, their goal is the opposite. They need their vehicles to keep a low profile, and go unnoticed while they perform covert operations.
